Recall Rate

In Machine Learning, Recall Rate (or True Positive Rate) is calculated by dividing the true positives by anything that should have been predicted as positive. For example, if SAIVA AI was able to predict 8 hospital transfers (RTH) out of 10 actual hospitalizations the recall rate is 80%.
