Transfer Avoidance Ratio

Transfer Avoidance Ration is defined as the ratio between the number or residents reported by SAIVA AI that are at risk to be transferred and the number of residents who did not transfer within the 72h window following the prediction. At SAIVA AI, we'd like to think of it conceptually as the percentage of residents that were "saved" by using SAIVA.
