Prediction Hit/Miss

The Prediction Hit/Miss Report shows a list of named residents in the selected facilities who were transferred during the selected time period and whether their transfer was predicted or not. 

You can filter the transfers based on outcome (Admitted - Inpatient, Observation etc). In the default view, the report focuses on Admitted, inpatient outcomes which is where SAIVA should perform best, but you can adjust the filters as needed. SAIVA would generally also perform best for transfers that are unplanned. 

The Cumulative tab shows a summarized view of all transfers. The key columns are to the right where the rightmost, Cumulative RTH %, shows the percentage of transfers for a given SAIVA risk rank range. For example, 67.9% Cumulative for risk rank range of 1-10 means that 67.9% of the transfers in those facilities appeared in positions 1-10 on the SAIVA risk list.
