Cross-Facility Risk

This report combines all the SAIVA Daily Risk reports for a given day into a single list spanning multiple facilities. The report shows up to 100 residents. 

• Use the Today's Rank column to sort by highest risk or lowest risk residents
• Use the Risk Movement columns to identify the biggest movers where negative risk movement means reduced risk. and positive risk movement means increased risk
• Note that you can filter by specific payers and/or primary physicians

Since risk ranking is relative to other residents, the risk rank shown in this report is adjusted across facilities and does not necessarily match the risk rank of the resident within a single facility. 

The report is primarily designed for regional or executive functions who are interested in understanding risk beyond a single facility.
