Yes, wires do get crossed sometime.. so it is possible that you have been assigned the wrong facility. Please reach out to your Organization Administrator or submit a request to the SAIVA Support Center and we will be happy to help you. Please specify in the request the name of your organization, your email address and the correct facility name.
